About

As we navigate the intricate tapestry of existence, we are constantly pressured by society and its standards of what is accepted as a norm and what is it. I have always had a passion in writing. It was such a creative outlet for me that I decided to put it to good use. Today I share my feelings in hopes to inspire, help, and educate others on the problems people with Mental Health (like me) face. You are not alone.

Welcome to a world of limitless possibilities, where the journey is as exhilarating as the destination, and where every moment is an opportunity to make your mark on the canvas of existence. The only limit is the extent of your imagination. I am so glad you are here!

My Story

My name is Jocelyn Rios and I am 28 years old. At 17 I got diagnosed with MDD and a couple years later with GAD. After years of therapy, medicine, and coping mechanisms I can use my voice to help others and support them, especially when it is hard to put into words on how we feel. Mental health is a serious issue that has a negative stigma and often gets overlooked. I often have felt so alone through my journey, especially when I have not felt understood. Today I break the cycle and welcome you to a judge free space. As another escape I love to travel as well as take pictures. I am a self taught photographer with a keen eye for pictures. Pictures are worth a thousand words, especially when I struggle to find the words I need to say.
